	Toilets are money

China's continuing demand for steel had lead to the phenomena of metal man-holes being stolen and sold for scrap all over Hong Kong and China. Now, the theives have gone the next step: public toilets.: Police have stepped up patrols of West Kowloon public toilets following a rise in the theft of water taps, metal gates and drain and manhole covers. The SCMP reports that amongst the items stolen are a hand dryer, a steel soap dispenser and a tissue holder.
