The Standard is benefitting from having an ex-blogger as a reporter. Doug Cret's has another article looking at blogs and profiling ESWN and Glutter.
As usual ESWN has been churning out great material: a personal account on becoming a professional translator; changes in the petitioning system; a look at the number hyping game in China (a topic I've often coverered concerning China's official statistics); and the virginity test for land compensation money.
Worthy of a seperate entry is China's use of undercover internet commentators. In China the onus of censorship is on BBS owners
Yet again the adult industry is leading the way. China's biggest internet trial has begun.

Good article last week, Doug.

She was meant to be in it, but was cut when they found out she was in Playboy.

I saw those playboy pics. Not impressed. In fact, I'm less and less impressed with playboy, in general.
