Genetically modified Hong Kongers
Soon-to-be Chief Executive Donald Tsang implored Hong Kongers to have 3 children each to cope with an aging population. Unfortunately Hong Kongers are ignoring him. The Standard reports a survey has found more than 90% of parents think money problems and insufficient government benefits making it impossible to have three children. But the answer is at hand. Elsewhere in the same paper is a report on a medical milestone for Hong Kong: the birth of triplets using genetic manipulation. Join the dots. Donald Tsang wants 3 kids for each Hong Kong family.
