Xinhua reports China's mobile phone users are expected to send 550 billion SMS messages in 2004, generating revenue of US$6.7 billion for the operators. By 2006 it is predicted this will rise to 1.4 trillion messages. What the hell can so many people say when they write in that mysterious language called textish?
