Looks like we've got resolution. Photodude said that part of the pressure was from media inquiries so maybe my efforts even helped!

These folks are apologizing all over themselves and scrambling to help thanks to you guys.

Just so you all know, since some doubt has been cast: despite the company's claims, they had our money and the check had cleared almost a month ago, and when we provided them proof of that they started ignoring our phone calls.

They goofed, but as soon as there was public pressure they immediately got on the stick.

You guys rule.
