It looks like the papers have caught wind of Hemlock's play for Chief Executive of HK in 2008. Why anyone would want one of the most thankless tasks in the universe is beyond me. But if these people are "jockeying for position" then let's use an appropriate Hong Kong solution: let's start running odds. Hemlock's sitting at 4-1, even if he omits himself from his own book.
