Experimentation

Some things all women agree upon. One of them is that Irish male accents are the best on the planet. I've yet to meet a female who can resist them. That's why Irishmen can get away with being dog-ugly and still draw good-looking women.

What I didn't realise until now was that this is a biological attraction. Watching 3 years old JC and almost 2 years old PB flirt outrageously with three Irish boys aged 10, 7 and 3 made me realise three things. Firstly I was right to buy that shotgun. Secondly the Irish accent is the most powerful male aphrodisiac in the world. Thirdly female attraction to that accent is genetically based. It is not learned behaviour.

Damn I hope Ubul's a boy. I need someone to maintain the vigil on the porch with me.

I am still searching for the place that finds the American male accent sexy.

heh. i do find them irish chaps charming but weirdly enough i'm not even attracted to them one bit. but i must say that to them, an asian female speaking with a vague scottish brogue is a complete turn on :D

Gilly-the Swedish women seem to love the American male accent. They love the British male accent more, but provided there's not a limey in sight, then you're golden.

And the Irish accent? Makes me weak in the knees. There's something thoroughly irresponsible and mischievious about it.

But it doesn't hold a candle to the Scottish accent.

With a plethora of accents to choose from in Oz, it's easy to have a list of favourite accents.

Personal favourites: Scottish, Irish, Canadian, French, Italian, Swedish, Spanish, Portuguese.

The Aussie accent doesn't do anything for me.

Being a Scot living in Los Angeles for 9 years you find most people dont know what the hell your accent is . :-)
I usually get first asked "If i am Irish", then, usually, Australian then , maybe, Scottish.
So when people say they love an Irish accent they may just not know what they are listening too.
