Is it just me or is George W. Bush having more bad hair days recently? Sure he's got a lot on his mind, but a few minutes personal grooming isn't going to hurt, is it?

That was the first thing I said when he walked up to the podium - "He needs a haircut." Lovely Wife agreed, noting that he looks older and tired with the flyaway wave thing going.
