Let's chalk another up under the crazy Singapore file. Don't have kids because you want to. No should have them because it is your duty. Try this: 'Procreation is not only the duty of everyone, but also the responsibility of every citizen towards his family, parents, society and country.'Honey, we've gotta do it to be patriotic. I loved the first line, which starts: "Carrots alone won't work..."
