I refer you to Law number 6. "Don't call me to tell me you sent an email." You're just making the stupidity meter rise needlessly quickly. But that's the nature of the stupidity meter - it rises unnecessarily.

Meter update
Excerpt: Just when you think it can't get worse someone goes and proves you wrong. I just received an email telling me to look at my email. The same person had sent an email two minutes previously and was checking I had received it. Up goes the meter......
