Next time someone tells you China is one of the last Communist nations on Earth, you can mention stories like this that "socialism with Chinese characteristics" is actually "capitalism with the Communist Party in charge."

Trappings of capitalism with the CCP (government) in charge is actually Fascism.

If the government has an inordinate say how about how you can use your own private property, it is not private property anymore.

In capitalism, the market is in charge and how well you employ your private property (capital) to meet the markets needs determines to whom wealth accrues. Being able to afford Bentleys does not a capitalist make. After all, 1000's of Saudis probably own Bentleys or other equally splendidly high priced cars.
